and scoring high. Dr. and Mrs. Charles Wilson are the hosts and hostess and they go all out to see that their guests are accommodated in a fashion you or them would had known earlier. Dr. Wilson is the chef and tenderly prepares all items on the menu. To appreciate the flavor of “Thistle Hills” menu, you might phone ahead and that way the Wilson’s can plan the menu around your choice and choices vary from steak, vension, lamb and comish game hens.

To get a fine sampling of Mr. Wilson skills you can enjoy lunches which are served, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the prices ranging from $25 to $28.

The Bed and Breakfast rooms are neatly furnished and the four cabins are in great demand. The favorite cabin is the “Little Thistle House” which has a fireplace and all the cabins do have electric heat and air conditioning.

Whatever you do, do not pass up the dessert which also comes right out of Thistle Hill kitchen.
