pool, but by the last day of the second week, all but one had been in the pool. An especially exciting moment was when Junior Strother entered the pool. He is 41 years old, confined to a wheelchair, and had never been in water before. He was obviously thrilled. With his safety vest and Ms. Hoffman to hold onto, he looked like he wanted to stay in the water all day.
