Voting Registrar Nancy Leake is now accepting applications for absentee voting for the Nov. 7 election. She reminds voters who have moved they must registered in the precinct they actually live in to vote in this year’s elections for seats on the Board of Supervisors and School Board. The Registrar’s office is on the side of the Commissioner of Revenue building. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or call the office at 675-3739 for further information.
