'-The Rappahannock County Republican Party is having its annual fundraiser and rally at the Amissville Fire: Hall from 4 to 7 p.m. this Saturday, Sept. 23. All funds raised wiQ-go to the Katzen for Delegate campaign. ' Rep. Frank Wolf and Oliver North have been invited to speak as well- as candidates Del. Jay Katzen, (R-'Jlst District), State Sen. Kevin Miller, (R-26th District) and Chris Lindsay, the Republican candidate for the 30th House of Delegates District which includes Culpeper County.
