Real Estate

Eileen M. Day REALTOR

WHY SELL THROUGH US?

If you are a home seller, you may ask yourself whether it is worth the expense of having a real estate professional involved in the transaction. You may think you’re saving money by doing it yourself, but you could be biting off more than you can chew. Forfeiting professional help means depriving yourself of an array of services that can make a sale go considerably more smoothly.

In a recent survey, more than three-quarters of the people who used a real estate broker to sell their home felt the commission they paid was "money well spent." On the other hand, the great majority of those who sold their homes on their own were firmly decided against ever doing it that way again. Sellers who use our office save themselves the time and inconvenience of showing their home to prospects — many of whom are not really interested or do not have enough money. We, however, prequalify potential buyers before showing them a home. If there is anything we can do to help you in the field of real estate, please stop in at EILEEN M. DAY, Realtor, the Clopton House, Washington, Va., 22747. Phone 675-3033, We're here to help.
