Scott Updike, a 4-H member in Rappahannock County, is a member of the 1995 State 4-H Livestock Judging Team for senior 4-H memhers, ages 14-19.
On Sept. 13-17 Scon, along with eight fellow team mates from throughout Virginia, participated in the Eastern States Exposition contest in Massachusetts.
