To this end and based on the direction of Chairman of the Planning Commission, the AACA is preparing a study which could be the basis for an area “annex” to the county comprehensive plan. Most importantly, this includes cultivating a village character that best represents our area’s rich past and can be a consistent and valuable theme for the future.
A planning committee of members is taking a methodical approach to first identify and document that information critical to an effective and representative process. These include:
• A current inventory of residents, structures, businesses, developed land and undeveloped land.
