What started as a temporary site for a 45 student private school has grown in three short years into a proposed permanent campus for 115 students, complete with a concert amphitheater, swimming pool, bowling alley, and athletic facilities. The point of contention between Mr. Maazel and his neighbors is not the school itself. The people of this tiny area of Rappahannock County simply want him to build it somewhere else.
