History has proven time and again that growth and development cannot be controlled. If a county tries to control development, the corporations simply give enormous sums of money to state politicians so that they pass laws that negate or severely restrict county law, (think cell towers). Growth and development cannot be controlled. It must be stopped dead!
Please take time out of your busy schedule to write the Rappahannock Bank. Tell them to build their new bank building if they must, but pledge to “never do business with them again if they build their shopping center”.
