Classes maybe taken independently of tennis instruction, or as an excellent “before-and-after” stretching workout. Instruction will be offered by county residents, Susan and Ben Mason.
Classes will be held from 7:40-8:20 a.m. and from 9:4010:20 a.m. on Mondays and Fridays at the Pavilion at Rappahannock County Park and will be held rain or shine. Mats will be available, although participants may bring their own. Costs are $10 per person per session if done alone, or $5 per person per session if done with tennis classes also.
