V BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 5, 2002 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application: SE #02-06-01 Sunnyside Farms, LLC, owners of 61.2524 acres in Hampton District (Tax Map 20, Parcel 11A, zoned ‘A’-Agricultural) desire a Special Exception permit to operate an educational facility and conference center. Uses allowed under Section 170-36B and 170-36D of the Rappahannock County Code. Additional standards in Sections 170-63B and C and 170-65N. Application is a modification of a previously tabled request and includes no overnight accommodations or public dining facilities. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2002 at 7:30 PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
