Billy William Fincham, 72, of Culpeper died on Sunday, June 30 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
He was bom on Sept. 23, 1929 in Rappahannock County. He was employed in landscaping.
His parents were the late Hubert and Lillian Fincham. His wife was the late Annie Ruth Fincham.
Survivors include three daughters, Betty Meredith of Reva, Carol Sue Fincham of Culpeper and Donna Beahm of Manassas; one son, Billy William Fincham Jr. of Madison; a sister, Margie Frazier of Front Royal; six grandchildren; one greatgrandchild and his companion, Ethel Jenkins of Culpeper.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was also predeceased by two brothers, Clyde Fincham and Hugh Fincham; one sister, Katherine Fincham and two half-brothers, J.B. Pullen and Willis Pullen.
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, July 3 at Clore-English Funeral Home with the Rev. John Burke and Rev. Mark Hanna officiating. Burial was in Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors provided by the American Legion Post 330 and VFW Post 2524 Honor Guard.

Dora Marie LeHew, 80, of Front Royal died Saturday, June 30 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, July 3 at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal by the Rev. Jimmy Burke. Burial was in Panorama Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. LeHew was born Sept. 11, 1921 in Chester Gap, daughter of the late Daniel Harvey and Annis Elizabeth Willis Williams. She was a homemaker and the wife of the late Melvin Newton LeHew.
