Bertolli Olive Oil recently announced the top 10 Sous Chefs in the United States, the winners of the Second Annual Bertolli Sous Chef Awards competition, celebrating the many dedicated, passionate rising stars laboring behind the scenes at top restaurants across the; nation.
Laurence Gottlieb of The Inn at Little; Washington was one of the ten.
Others came from, California, Illinois, Hawaii, Missouri, , and Maine.
Each of the 10 winners will receive a trip to New York, a special award and a case of Bertolli Olive Oil.
Category winners (Judges’ Choice, Public’s Choice and Peer Review) will also receive cash prizes, to be presented at a private press event and awards ceremony hosted by celebrity chef Martini Yan on Thursday, Aug. 8.
