The goal for the festival is to draw crowds of art lovers throughout Virginia, the Greater Washington area, and from elsewhere in the Mid-Atlantic.
“Rappahannock County is privileged to have some of the finest artists on the Atlantic Coast,” said Claudia Mitchell, president of RAAC, “By initiating this first festival, RAAC will begin to brand Rappahannock as an arts destination.”
