Pursuant to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:
TW SU #05-03-01 Patrick O'Connell and Reinhardt Lynch, dba The Inn at Little Washington, owners of the property located at 371 Main Street, Washington, (Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 37A, zoned ‘VM”-Village Mixed -Use) desire a Special Use permit to use the first floor of the building as hotel accommodations to include one guest bedroom and a common guest sitting area. Use allowed in compliance with Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance Section 1-4-3 (f).
