Honrs of the show and sale are Friday 6-8:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and after Sunday evening’s concert. Exhibitors must pick up unsold works on Monday between 10-5.
In addition to showcasing area artists, the show is a fundraiser for worthy causes in our community and worldwide. Gala tickets for exhibitor’s guests and the public are $15. Sponsors receive admission to the Opening Gala for their charitable contribution of $30 or more.
From last year’s proceeds, $9,000 was raised for Habitat for Humanity, John Page Turner Community House, Grace’s community food pantry, and other outreach ministries. Earlier this year Grace Outreach donated $5,000 to tsunami relief efforts.
Entry forms must be postmarked by Monday April 11. Artists may call 540-253-5177 to request a form by mail or download it from www.gracechurch. net. Entry and sponsor forms are also available for pickup at Grace Church and RR Arts in The Plains.
