Local resident Frank Brosgol has arranged for Ed Berkowitz, a noted professor of history at GeorgeWashington University and published author on social security issues, to give a lecture entitled “The History of Social Security: It's Past, Present and Future.” The talk, which is open to the public, will be presented Saturday, April 16, at 7:30 p.m. at Rappahannock County High School. Miss Relay for Life Womanless Beauty Pageant and Talent Show will be held at the Old Washington School (CCLC) on Saturday, April 16 at 6 p.m. The pageant will be hosted by the Love, Laugh and Live Relay team. Master of ceremonies will be a friend of last years' winner Miss La La Debois from Mississippi. Food and drinks will be available as well as free door prizes. Come out and support this worthy cause and have a great time while doing so.
