the age of 96, she was an avid bridge player and golfer. Elbe’s step-father, Ray Cass, of Pierre, S. D. passed away on Feb. 11.
Ray married his high school sweetheart, Elbe’s toother Garnett TaUey, in 1994 at the age of 82. The couple honeymooned at the Gay Street Inn here in Washington. They were blessed with ten happy years together, enjoying the love of each other’s extended families.
