Williams desire a Special Exception permit for a private sewerage treatment facility to serve an existing lot for single-family residential use. Property is located in Chester Gap on Tax Map 1F1, Parcels 2 and 3, zoned VR'- Village Residential, Wakefield District. Use allowed under Section 170-36C of the Rappahannock County Code. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at 7:30 PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
