Gallery lovers
Artist and friends gathered at the Packing Shed Gallery in Little Washington over the weekend to view its latest event — “The Resurrection Show” which features the work of ten artists working in a variety of mediums. Pictured left to right are: Barbara Sherwood, Jane Purnell (daughter of artist Robin Purnell), Jeanne Drevas, Chris Stephens, and Nina Moore. The marble carved sculpture, entitled “Miss Rappahannock of the Chesapeake Watershed,” is by sculptor Gary Colson. The Packing Shed gallery is open Thursdays through Mondays from 12:30 to 7:00 p.m. The current show runs until May 2.
