Foster of Gaithersburg, MD, her mother and step-father, Bonnie Marie and Tommy Jenkins of Lignum, VA, four daughters, Karen Stuart of Staunton, Rhonda Baillargeon of Brooklyn Park, MD., Joan Kaye Foster of Front Royal, Violet Virginia Wood of Orange and a son, James Elvis Foster III of Culpeper.
