Joshua Waddell, graduate of RCHS, was the instructor for the course. Josh is a state certified EMT-I, trained and experienced combat medic for the Army National Guard, a certified CPR and First Aid instructor through the American Safety and Health Institute, the Chief of Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad and works for Life Care of Fredericksburg.
