Drivers usually assemble a kit for the stock car model, which is purchased from the All American Soap Box Racing company.
Armor worked on the car during his spare time in Johnson’s home workshop in Madison County.
“Probably the hardest part was getting the axles perfectly straight,” explained Armor.
