Janie Phillips was crowned Mrs. Virginia on Saturday, April 22, 2006. She will be representing Virginia in the Mrs. United States pageant in Las Vegas from July 23 through July 28. Janie is a 911 dispatcher in Rappahannock County. She is the wife of Brandon Phillips, and they have two beautiful daughters, Brooklyne and Allie. The Mrs. Virginia pageant sponsors her with all of her appearances and scheduled events. She has to provide many things for herself that aren’t sponsored, such as, her gown, a portfolio, and many other items. She is hoping her local and surrounding communities will help her with these extra expenses. Any sponsorship would be greatly appreciated.
