Photo by Don Audette VIEW DOWN REDIVIVA: Rediviva Road is part of the old Sperryville-Rappahannock (River) Turnpike of the 1850s. The dirt road was improved with a gravel surface in the early 1910s. Later, it was paved with asphalt and became part of old Lee Highway. Rediviva Road was then abandoned when everyone starting using the current Lee Highway: U.S. 211.
