No applicant or other party in interest, and no attorney for an applicant or party in interest, shall initiate a contact with a member of the BZA for the purpose of conducting a private discussion, in person or by telephone, concerning the ments of any application, appeal, or other matter pending before the BZA. No member of the BZA shall participate in any such private discussion. Site visits or similar contacts initiated by BZA members shall not constitute such ex parte contacts.

A copy of the foregoing applications are on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
