Second time a crime
Robert W. Franklin, 56, of Sperryville, Va. was arrested in Warren County after two calls to the Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO). A 911 hang up call on the night of February 1, led Sheriff deputies to a Sperryville home for a case of domestic violence. A woman spoke to RCSO- deputies claiming that Franklin was intoxicated and abusive. RCSO officials were unable to find any evidence of physical abuse. The same woman made a second call from the same location on the night of February 2. She informed the Sheriff Deputies that another incident had occurred and that Franklin had gone to Warren County. . She went to the Sheriff’s Office, where she obtained an emergency protective order and a warrant for her husband’s arrest.
