DUI sentence
Jeffrey Lloyd Kelly was sentenced to two years in prison and 12 months in jail for his third DUI in five years, eluding police, and refusing to take a breathalyser. He was ordered to pay $2000 in fines and forfeit $5,000 of his bond to the Commonwealth. His license was suspended indefinitely.

Coy B. Dye, 38, plead guilty to three charges of grand larceny. Dye stole handguns from his parents house and pawned them off to buy crack cocaine last October. Dye turned himself in for the crime and cooperated with the RCSO investigation. He will be sentenced on April ,5.
