Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 5, 2007 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following applications:
RZ 07-01-01 CIM Real Estate, Inc., by John F. McCue and Susan Hotelling, desire to rezone their property situated at 12715 Lee Highway, Washington, VA (Tax Map 28, Parcel 56D, zoned A - Agricultural, Hampton District) to Commercial-General. The property is currently used and will continue to be used as Mountainside Medicine. The applicant plans to remove the existing parking areas and locate the parking to the rear of the property. Rezoning is allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-134 of the Rappahannock County Code.
SE 07-02-01 Elizabeth Lee, owner of the property located at 31 Main Street, Sperryville, VA (Tax Map 38A-1, Parcel 18, zoned CVCommercial Village, Piedmont District), desires a Special Exception permit to create an Efficiency Apartment for herself in the existing shed.
