RCSO Deputy Frank Coffey was recently awarded the Top Skills Achievement certificate in the graduating class of the Rappahannock Regional Criminal Justice academy in Middletown, Virginia
The top skills achievement award is given to the deputy who demonstrates combined knowledge of law enforcement. skills such as defensive tactics, firearms and driving.
Coffey has worked in the jail for the RCSO since 2003. He was recently moved to patrol basic training in January said graduated May 24. Coffey currently is in field training as a Road Deputy.
Coffey is a Rappahannock native, bom and raised in SperryviHe and a 1997 graduate
