Rappahannock County can be very proud. Both second generation 4H’ers, Caroline Massie and Carly Day were tapped in as Virginia State 4-H All Stars during a ceremony at Virginia Tech during the State 4-H Congress program.
Membership in the 4H All Stars is the highest recognition that a Virginia 4-H’er can achieve.
Virginia 4-H All Stars are service oriented and volunteer operated.
Caroline’s brother and father are Virginia 4-H All Stars as is Carly's mother, sister and aunt.
Hopefully, this tradition of 4-H commitment in the community of Rappahannock County will continue for years to come, tapping in future generations.
