His antiques and design business is occupying only 12,000 square feet - 40 percent of the building’s total square footage.
“For us, it’s a matter of one or the other. We’re going to do something with the property,” Stevenson said. “If the community decides they want to keep it commercial, well redevelop it as a commercial building, and Fll use 5,000 to 7,000 square feet for my business and well lease the rest of it.
“We haven’t done that because we’ve been hoping to do the residential project.”
