County and mitigate the effects of its use if ever a landowner applies under the new county code. Should our Board of Supervisors approve the new legislation, and we hope they will, a permanent record (as proposed by RLEP) of land that has suffered the application of sewage sludge will be created and maintained by the county. This will be a further deterrent to sludge use here.
