Rappahannock News Staff Writer
Greg Williams went before the Rappahannock County Hanning Commission on June 20 to apply for a special-exception permit to operate a contractor's yard on his agriculturally zoned lot on Ben Venue Road near Flint Hill.
Williams has been running a landscaping, tree service and snow removal operation on the property since 1993.
