World Hunger ‘Garden Project’ Meeting
Anyone who is interested in participating in the second year of the community based “garden project” for World Hunger is invited to an organizational meeting at the Washington Baptist Church on Monday, March 4 at 7 p.m. Those interested, but unable to attend, can call the Rev. Modern Dance Workshop
RAAC is offering a two-day choreography workshop with Jonathan Wolken, Artistic Director of Pilibolus, one of the country’s most unique and successful modem dance companies, on Saturday, March 16 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, March 17 from 10 a.m., to 2 p.m. at Rappahannock High School.

‘Cross Creek’
“Cross Creek,” a film based on the life of writer Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings, will be shown on Saturday and Sunday, February 23 and 24 at 7:30 p.m. at the Gay Streat Theatre in Washington. It’s rated PG.
Brambles will now be open after the movie Saturday night.
Emergency Medical Services To Meet
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Emergency Medical Services Council has scheduled its monthly Board of Directors meeting for February 26 at 7:30 p.m. in the classroom at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. All directors are asked to attend and all interested citizens are welcomed.
Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings
Alcoholics Anonymous will begin meeting in Sperryville on Monday evenings at 8:30 in the Baptist Church basement on Rt. 522. These meeting are “open” which means that friends and family members are welcome.
