Lester Clifton Sisk, 75, of Sperryville, died Saturday, February 16 in Fairfax Hospital.
Mr. Sisk was a retired heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nellie Pearl Sisk of Sperryville; a son, Lester Samuel Sisk of Sperryville; two stepsons, Junior Turley of Vienna and Donnie Lee Wimer of Atlanta, Ga.; a foster son, Brandon Dodson of Sperryville; a daughter, Mrs. Sue Beebe of Beaumont, Texas; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Betty Godwin of Arlington; a brother, James Harrison Sisk of Fairfax; 19 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper by the Rev. John K. Burke. Burial was in the Sperryville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ray Allen Godwin, Donnie Dodson, Robert Truman, Charles Robert Jenkins, Sammy Burton, Gerald Lee Godwin, Buddy Sisk and Dwight Clontz.
