Page County won the game on February 14, 53-51, but Coach Dawson was pleased with his team’s performance. “We played one of the best games of the season since we only had nine turnovers during the game,” said Coach Dawson. The varsity team will be fighting to hold on to fourth place in the district during the last regular season games. The team finishing in fourth place will have the benefit of playing the first game of the tournament on its home court. “We won’t know when we play or where in the tournament until Monday after we play our last four games this week,” Coach Dawson said. “I would like to get to the tournament with the team playing its best ball.”
