of Newport News, Tuesday through Thursday, and while there, also visited with Mrs. W.C.CampbeU in the home of her daughter and son-inlaw, Mr. and Mrs. Jackson Paulson. Mrs. Jessie Miller Turner, having been a house guest of Mrs. Campbell for several weeks, returned home with Miss Wood.
Sympathy is extended to Mr. and Mrs. M.H. Forward on the death of Mr. Forward’s mother.
Visitors Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. John May, of Summerduck, were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Leake and son, John, of Chester Gap. Other visitors on Sunday were Mrs. May’s mother, Mrs. Salmon Bruce and her brother, Thoma^ Bruce.
Linda Ann Bruce, of Amissville, visited her father, Charles Bruce, Jr., on Saturday.
