Mrs. C.E. Johnson, Jr., wgs, hos|es& to the Sperryville Bridge Club at her home on Friday evening. Her guests were Mrs. Frances Tabler, Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. Dale Metzinger, Mrs. W.H. Cordle, Mrs. R.E. Thompsen, Mrs. E.A. McNear, Mrs. Ulrich Maeyer and Mrs. Jake Jones. Prize winners were Mrs. Quaintance, Mrs. Thompsen, Mrs. Tabler, Mrs. McNear and Mrs. ■ Jones.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy B. Reeve and daughter, Karen, of State College, Pa., spent the weekend with their parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Baldwin, Sr. and Mrs. Roy L. Reeve.

Guests during the weekend of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers were Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Bolyard and granddaughter, Jessica, of Solon, Ohio, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Bolyard, of Keyser, W.Va., Glenn Bolyard, of Fairfax, Melinda Bolyard and Mike Fugatt, of Richmond, Clifton Nethers, of Amissville, and Mr. and Mrs. John Coates, of Brightwood.

Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawkins were Sunday dinner guests of Mr.* and Mrs. Marvin Wilson at Goldvein.

Mrs. Frances Thornton was a Saturday guest of her aunt, Mrs. Francis Churchill Jones, in Richmond and a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thompson in Fork Union.

Cotton Miler is still looking for the owner of six framed pictures as she would like to get them out of her way. Call 987-8705.

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Crowder and children, Mathew and Cameron, of Mobile, Ala., were guests last Thursday of Mrs. Roy L. Reeve.

Mrs. W.H. Lyne was in Orange Saturday to visit her sister-in-law, Mrs. H.O. Lyne who had returned home after being a patient in University Hospital for a month as the result of a fall at home.
