College courses
There will be a meeting of people interested in bringing college courses to Rappahannock Sunday, Sept. 18 at 2 p.m. at Middle Street Gallery. The Rappahannock Education Action Project or REAP will be working with Virginia’s community college and university system. All interested residents are welcome.
Harvest moon festival Sept. 25
Celebrate the arrival of autumn at “The Spirit Arts Fair,” an outdoor festival of the psychic, healing and creative arts. There will be food, entertainment, activities for kids and fine arts and crafts, as well as a variety of spiritual practitioners who will talk about their work and help others. The festival will be held at Horseshoe Hills on Rt. 211 west of Sperryville from 11 a.m. until dark. A $2 donation is requested, kids are admitted free. a
