Nettie Carter Kibler il they be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be. and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands hereinabove described and more particularly described in the Bill of Complaint, whose names and address are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before October 24, 1988, and do what is necessary to protect their interest

It is further ORDERED, that this order be published once a week for four 14) successive weeks in tne Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this order at the front door of the Court Mouse, that a copy of this order be mailed to each of the defendants at the post office addresses listed in the caption of the Bill of Complaint heretofore filed and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file same in the papers of this cause, all as required by Section 8 01-317 of the Code of Virginia, 1950. as amended.
