.» Mr. Leonard McCellan Kiser, 69, of Culpeper died Sept. 5 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. I He was a native of Wilder, Va., ahd had lived in Culpeper. He was a retired coal miner, j Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jessie Phillips Kiser, Culpeper; five daughters, Mrs. Guvetta Swank, Manassas, Mrs. Carol Samaniego, Yorba Linda, Calif., Mrs. Vonda Wilson, Manassas, Mrs. Judy McKeon, Manassas and Mrs. Teresa Settle, Flint Hill; five sons, Dean Kiser, Darnus Kiser, Gene Kiser, Leanord Kiser Jr. and Michael Kiser, all of Manassas; 21 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Snead, Alexandria and Mrs. Mary Payne, San Francisco, Calif.; and one brother, MacNeil Hammond, Alexandria.
A funeral service was held at Clore Funeral Heme Chapel Sept. 8. Mr. Oscar E. McCoy officiated. Interment was in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fredericksburg.
Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
