During this period the church was served by a circuit pastor, P. H. Chelf. He lived at the parsonage at the Flint Hill Baptist Church, and served the F. T. Valley Church, Reynolds Memorial in Sperryville, Woodville Baptist and the Flint Hill Church. The churches all contributed to the housing fund and the maintenance of the parsonage.
Later, after Rev. Chelf had left, the churches served by the circuit pastor included F. T., Reynolds, Woodville, and Mt. Lebanon Baptist in Scrabble. The pastor also preached at Oakley Baptist in Gid Brown Hollow on the second Sunday afternoon of each month.
