yet I reel punished. When I walk cut of my office I look first. 1 don’t ytant to see this man. I don’t feel I should have to, at least not until the sen tence the court placed on hint is served.
I have been on my way to. the post office and met him on the sidewalk alone. I’ve had business in, tjie county offices and I had to wait unf.il he finished sweeping the walk before I felt that I could proceed.
I think that to plant flowers, dig holes or even to sweep doesn’t require a special talent held only by Harold Brown. A person with, a lesser conviction, not murder, cpuld do the same things.
Now I pick up the local paper «yid there he is, on the front page, beautifying the town.
I realize this is not going to solve my problem. I just felt that the pepple of Rappahannock should know this man is here and why. The memory of A.W. Timmons, who was<a good and decent man, is being desperated by having this man here. - I have heard no satisfactory reasf|ts given for why there was a specific request to have Harold Brown Return here to serve his sentence
There is nothing I can do about this situation except write this letter, and I would like to dedicate this to memory of A.W. Timmons.
