The Building Committee has approved the position of the new library on the site, and plans for the building itself are very near to completion.
James P. Jamieson, Ruth Richards, Quita Parrish and other active members of the Friends of Rappahannock County Library have done an outstanding job as fund raisers. And, of course, the people who care enough to contribute to the building fund are very important, too.
