It is ordered that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the above estate show cause, if any they can on the 14 day of May, 1990 at 11:00 A M. before The Honorable William Shore Robertson, Judge of the Circuit Court for the County Court House, Washington, Virginia 22747, against the payment and delivery of the estate to the heirs without requiring surety on refunding bonds.
It appearing to the court that reports of the accounts of Georae B. Baldwin and Steve E. Baldwin, Executors of the above estate and the debts and demands against the estate have been filed in the Clerk's Office and that six months have elasped since the qualification, and upon motion of the personal representatives, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia. The Clerk of this court is hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the Rappahannock News for publication.
