Magistrates for Rappahannock
County were appointed on April 1 by the chief circuit court judge to serve for four years. Fran Eldred, a magistrate since 1977, was also named the 20th district chief magistrate and will supervise all magistrates in Rappahannock, Fauquier and Loudoun counties.
William Oliver VI, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Oliver V of Woodville, has been selected to represent Rappahannock County High School at the 1985 Governor’s School for the Gifted to be held this summer.
