ment regulations, Mr. Fisher said he sees installation of a new chlorination system as the first priority. With the money now on hand, he said, the town’s newest well can be fully connected into the system and the chlorination equipment can be installed.
And, he added, the final design plans for the distribution system have been submitted to the Health Department for approval.

Mr. Bailey now serves on the town’s Planning Commission, and is seeking election to the council for the first time. The most important thing, he said, “is for members of the council to represent the people rather than their own interests. I would like to be the type of council member who represents his constituents.”
Now, he said, he feels that the voices of some residents are not being heard. “Maybe it’s because they’re not being asked ... If anyone has got a gripe or complaint, call me,” he said, “and you will get some understanding and hopefully some action.”
Important issues, he said, include the continuing problem of helicopters landing in town bringing visitors to the Inn. “I would like to see that matter resolved —it’s been up in the air for a couple of years. ”
The Inn’s proposed expansion, he said, is another important question which will face the new council. “Hopefully, we can reach some type of compromise so that everyone will be happy. I don’t think the town wants the proposed addition — I certainly don’t want the proposed addition.” (emphasis Mr. Bailey’s)
