Strawberry yogurt mold j 1 envelope unflavored gelatin * 2 tablespoons water * 1/2 6-ounce can frozen hawaiia^ punch concentrate (about 3 ounces) j 1 1/2 cups fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries •. 1 8-ounce carton plain low-fat yo* gurt : 1/4 cup dairy sour cream J 2 egg whites J 1 tablespoon sugar J 1) Sprinkle gelatin over water ig custard cup. Place, in pan of hot w» ter, heat until dissolved. I 2) Puree strawberries wit# punch in blender. • 3) Stir in yogurt, sour cream, an^ dissolved gelatin. Refrigerate unt partially set. 4) Beat egg whites with sug until siff. Fold into yogurt mixture^ Turn into serving bowl or 8 individi ual dishes. Freeze or refrigerate unt til set.
