Mary Anderson
Mrs. Mary Ann Anderson, 48, of Culpeper, died April 18, at the University of Virginia Hospital.
Mrs. Anderson was born July 23, 1941 in Virginia, the daughter of Mrs. Virginia Knott Baker and the late Henry Baker. She was a member of Free Methodist Church in Culpeper.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Loring Anderson Jr; one daughter, Karen Sue Anderson of Culpeper; one son, Ernest Franklin Anderson of Culpeper; seven brothers, James H. Baker of Charlottesville, John Baker, Bill Baker, Edward Baker, Wilbert Baker, David Baker and Wayne Baker, all of Culpeper; one sister, Nina Mae Peyton of Culpeper; a number of nieces and nephews and a number of close friends.
Funeral services were held April 21 at the Free Methodist Church. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery. The Rev. Dallas Beall officated.
Pallbearers were Lee Gupton, Charles Galloway, Phil Tobias, Garnett Carpenter, Charles Valentine and Buddy Ward.
